KwikFastHurry, Inc. is committed to making the KwikFastHurry Platform usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control, switch access or keyboard-only navigation.
#1. Our target
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across:
- the KwikFastHurry websites, including this Legal Center;
- the Customer app on iOS and Android;
- the Vendor app;
- the Rider app.
We treat WCAG 2.2 AA as a floor, not a ceiling, and design to the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 where they apply.
#2. Current status
| Surface | Status |
|---|---|
| This Legal Center | Substantially conformant |
| Marketing website | Substantially conformant |
| Customer app — ordering and checkout | Substantially conformant |
| Customer app — live map tracking | Partially conformant (see Section 3) |
| Vendor app | Partially conformant |
| Rider app | Partially conformant |
"Substantially conformant" means most of the standard is met, with a small number of known exceptions listed below.
#3. Known limitations
We are honest about what does not work yet:
- Live delivery map. The map is inherently visual. We provide a text status line and step-by-step updates alongside it, but the map itself is not fully described to a screen reader. A full text-first tracking view is in development.
- Some Vendor-supplied images lack meaningful alternative text, because Vendors upload them. We prompt Vendors for descriptions and are adding automatic image description as a fallback.
- Older PDF menus uploaded by Vendors may not be tagged for accessibility. We are migrating menus to structured data.
- Rider app while moving. Certain time-limited dispatch screens have short accept windows. We have added a setting to extend them; a fully configurable timing option is in progress.
#4. What we have built
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields throughout.
- Support for VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
- Respect for the operating system's Dynamic Type and font-size settings, up to 200% without loss of content.
- Text contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and interface components, in both light and dark themes.
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion; animation is suppressed when you ask your system to reduce it.
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed; status is also given in text.
- Touch targets of at least 44×44 points.
- Captions on instructional video content.
#5. How we test
- Automated scanning on every release.
- Manual keyboard and screen reader testing on each major feature before launch.
- An annual independent audit by an external accessibility specialist.
- Direct feedback from users who rely on assistive technology.
#6. Tell us about a barrier
If something on the Platform is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — a specific report is worth more to us than any audit.
Email support@kwikfasthurry.com with the subject line "Accessibility", and where you can, include:
- the page, screen or feature;
- what you were trying to do;
- the device, operating system and assistive technology you were using.
We acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and aim to give you a fix or a timeline within 10 business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will offer an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.
#7. Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of the Platform is inaccessible to you, we will help you complete the task another way:
- Phone — +1 (888) 555-0123
- Email — support@kwikfasthurry.com
- Post — KwikFastHurry, Inc., 1 Market Street, Suite 500, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA
There is no charge for this assistance.
#8. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, write to legal@kwikfasthurry.com with the subject line "Accessibility Complaint". A member of the legal team who was not involved in the original response will review it and reply within 30 days.
#9. Review
This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of the page. We review it at least annually and after any significant change to the Platform.
