#2. Why we use it
- To onboard and verify your business, and to keep verification current.
- To route orders to you and manage fulfilment.
- To calculate commission, produce statements, and make payouts.
- To meet tax, anti-money-laundering and licensing obligations.
- To detect fraud and protect the Platform.
- To measure and improve marketplace quality — preparation times, acceptance rates, cancellation rates.
- To support you, and to tell you about features and commercial opportunities.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal bases are contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests in operating a safe and functional marketplace.
#3. Who we share it with
- Customers and Riders — your store name, address, opening hours, menu, images and public rating. We do not share your bank details, your staff's personal contact details or your commercial terms.
- Service providers — payment processors, identity and business verification providers, tax reporting services, cloud hosting, analytics and support tooling.
- Regulators and authorities — health departments, licensing authorities and tax authorities where the law requires.
- Corporate transactions — as described in Section 4.4 of the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your business or personal information.
#4. Publicly visible information
Anyone using the Platform can see your store name, address, opening hours, menu and prices, store and item images, your public rating and reviews, and your published health rating where your jurisdiction requires it.
#5. Your obligations as a controller of Customer data
When we pass you Customer information to fulfil an order — first name, order contents, notes, masked phone number — you become an independent controller of that data and you must:
- use it only to fulfil that order;
- not use it for your own marketing, and not add Customers to your mailing list;
- not sell, share or transfer it;
- not retain it beyond your legal record-keeping requirement;
- protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures;
- restrict access to staff who need it;
- notify us within 24 hours at privacy@kwikfasthurry.com of any suspected breach involving it;
- comply with all applicable privacy law in your own right.
Breach of this section is a material breach of the Vendor Agreement and may result in immediate termination.
#6. Your staff
If you give us the personal information of your employees — for example a manager's phone number for order escalations — you confirm that you have a lawful basis to do so and have told them we will hold it for account administration. Ask us to remove a former employee's details at privacy@kwikfasthurry.com and we will do so promptly.
#7. Retention
| Data | Retained for |
|---|---|
| Store listing and operational records | Duration of the Agreement |
| Payout and commission records | 7 years |
| Tax records and returns | 7 years |
| Verification and anti-money-laundering records | 5 years after the Agreement ends |

| Order records | 7 years |

#8. Your rights
You and your named individuals have the rights described in the Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection — subject to the retention obligations above.
Requests to privacy@kwikfasthurry.com. We respond within 45 days.
#9. Closing your account
