KwikFastHurry, Inc. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards, as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and by our own commitment to the people who use our apps.
#1. Scope
These standards apply to the KwikFastHurry Customer app, Vendor app, Rider app, our websites, and every channel where users can create content or communicate with each other — including reviews, store listings, profile photos, delivery notes and in-app chat.
#2. Our standards
We prohibit, absolutely and without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, drawings, computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), including the sexualisation of a minor in any content.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion — threatening to release intimate imagery of a minor to obtain anything.
- Trafficking of a minor for any purpose.
- Solicitation — requesting sexual content from a minor, or offering it to anyone.
- Minor endangerment — content or conduct that puts a child at risk of physical or sexual harm.
- Off-platform conduct of this kind by anyone who holds a KwikFastHurry account.
There is no context, artistic claim, satire or fictional framing that makes any of the above acceptable on our Platform.
#3. Age requirement
The KwikFastHurry apps are 18+. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. Our app store listings are rated accordingly, and we do not direct any part of the Platform to children.
If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete the associated personal data.
#4. How we prevent and detect
- Age gating at registration, with identity verification for Riders and Vendors.
- Automated scanning of uploaded imagery — profile photos, store images and delivery photographs — using industry hash-matching against known CSAM databases and classifier-based detection.
- Text classifiers on reviews, listings and in-app messages that flag grooming and solicitation patterns.
- A trained Trust & Safety team that reviews every escalation from these systems.
- Rate limits and identity checks that make throwaway accounts harder to create.
- Background checks for Riders, described in the Background Check Disclosure.
- In-app reporting available on every review, profile, store listing and message.
#5. How to report
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
| Channel | Detail |
|---|---|
| In app | Use Report on any content, profile or message |
| safety@kwikfasthurry.com — monitored continuously, prioritised above all other reports | |
| Post | Child Safety Lead, KwikFastHurry, Inc., 1 Market Street, Suite 500, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA |
| United States | NCMEC CyberTipline — report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678 |
| Elsewhere | INHOPE — inhope.org for your national hotline |
Reports may be made anonymously. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith, and we do not require you to gather evidence yourself.
#6. What happens after a report
- Triage — within 24 hours. Every CSAE report is reviewed by a trained specialist, ahead of all other queues.
- Immediate action. Content is removed and the account is suspended while we investigate. We do not wait for the investigation to finish.
- Preservation. We preserve the relevant material and metadata securely for law enforcement, in line with legal requirements. Access is restricted to the specialist team.
- Mandatory reporting. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to the equivalent authority in other jurisdictions.
- Permanent ban. The account and any linked accounts are permanently terminated. The individual is barred from re-registering.
- Cooperation. We respond promptly to lawful requests from law enforcement and preserve data on request.
#7. Accountability
We have a designated Child Safety Lead who is accountable for these standards, reachable at safety@kwikfasthurry.com. That person:
- owns this policy and reviews it at least annually;
- oversees the detection tooling and the specialist review team;
- signs off every NCMEC report;
- reports to the executive team on CSAE metrics each quarter.
All Trust & Safety staff receive specialist CSAE training on joining and annually thereafter, along with wellbeing support appropriate to the work.
#8. Compliance
These standards are designed to meet:
- Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
- Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2 (User-Generated Content)
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — reporting requirements for electronic service providers
- The PROTECT Act and related US federal law
- Applicable state law, and the equivalent obligations in other markets where we operate
#9. Changes
We review these standards at least once a year and whenever regulation or the threat landscape changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
